Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern any engagement between you (“Client”) and Sajid Aslam (“Service Provider”), a sole trader based in Chatham, Kent, United Kingdom. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Work

Each project is governed by a written proposal or quote outlining deliverables, timeline, and price. Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or per milestone schedule. Retainer services (SEO, maintenance, management) are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in pausing of ongoing work.

4. Revisions

Each project package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond this are billed at an hourly rate agreed in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, ownership of custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project transfers to you. Third-party assets (stock photography, licensed plugins, fonts) remain subject to their original licensing terms.

6. Results & Guarantees

While we apply proven methodologies for SEO, marketplace optimisation, and conversion-focused design, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, sales figures, or algorithmic outcomes controlled by third parties (Google, eBay, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok, etc.). Case studies reflect actual client results but are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for every business.

7. Cancellation

Project-based work may be cancelled with written notice; deposits for work already completed are non-refundable. Monthly retainer services (SEO, maintenance, automation management) can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice and have no lock-in contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider's total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
