A Process Built on No Surprises
Six clear stages from first call to launch — with fixed pricing, defined timelines, and visibility into progress at every step.
Discovery
2–4 daysWe start with a deep-dive call covering your goals, audience, competitors, and technical constraints. No assumptions — everything gets confirmed in writing before scope is set.
Strategy & Scope
2–3 daysA fixed-price proposal with a clear scope, milestone breakdown, and timeline. You know exactly what you're paying for and when each piece is delivered.
Design
3–7 daysWireframes first, then visual design. Nothing moves to development until you've approved the direction — this is where most miscommunication gets caught and fixed cheaply.
Development
1–6 weeksBuilt in milestones with regular progress updates — not a black box where you hear nothing for a month. You see staging builds as they progress.
Testing & QA
2–5 daysCross-browser and cross-device testing, performance auditing against Core Web Vitals, security review, and a final content/copy pass before anything goes live.
Launch & Support
OngoingGo-live with DNS cutover handled carefully to avoid downtime, followed by a post-launch support window (30–90 days depending on project) and optional ongoing maintenance.
Process FAQs
Most clients spend 1–2 hours per week reviewing progress and providing feedback at milestone checkpoints. The heaviest involvement is during Discovery and Design — development runs largely independently once direction is confirmed.
Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are handled as part of normal iteration. Larger scope changes are quoted separately and added to the timeline transparently — no surprise invoices.
Most projects are fixed-price based on the agreed scope from the Strategy phase. Ongoing retainer work (SEO, maintenance, automation management) is billed monthly.
Timelines are built with buffer for revisions. If something genuinely changes scope mid-project, you'll be told immediately with a revised timeline — not at the deadline.
