What this is based on: Booking and vehicle-rental themes, the Elementor Pro package, template sets, vehicle photography and slider assets in the repository, plus the live site.

Al Haramain Tours provides Umrah taxi and transport services, with the live site leading on low-price Umrah taxi service and covering routes including Makkah. The typical visitor is planning travel from another country, often weeks ahead, and comparing operators on price, vehicle and reliability.

The challenge
The customer is remote and cautious. They are booking transport in a country they may not have visited, in a language that may not be their first, for a journey that matters. That raises the bar on two things specifically: the vehicle needs to be shown clearly, and the price needs to be stated rather than hidden behind an enquiry form.
The objectives
- Present the vehicle fleet clearly enough for a remote customer to choose confidently
- Publish route pricing rather than requiring an enquiry to discover it
- Provide a straightforward booking or enquiry path
- Work on a phone for travellers arranging transport while mobile
Approach
Show the vehicles and publish the prices. In transport, both are trust signals, and withholding either sends the customer to an operator who does not. The site structure follows from that: fleet, prices, routes, contact.
Implementation
Foundation
WordPress with Elementor Pro. The repository holds several candidate theme packages evaluated for the project — vehicle rental and booking themes, and a travel and tours WooCommerce theme — which reflects the actual decision being made: whether this needed a booking engine or a well-structured presentation site with an enquiry path.
Fleet presentation
Vehicle photography was prepared and organised as a core content set rather than as page decoration. For a remote customer, seeing the actual vehicle is the single strongest reassurance available, and generic stock imagery of cars actively undermines it.
Pricing
Published rather than gated. A traveller comparing three operators will discount the one that will not say what it costs, and the enquiry that form protects is worth less than the visits it loses.
Content and routes
Services, fleet, pricing, routes including Makkah-specific coverage, about, contact, and a blog. The route-specific content matters: people search for the journey they need rather than for the operator.
Mobile
Primary target. A meaningful share of the audience is arranging transport while travelling, on a phone, possibly on a poor connection.

Decisions worth explaining
Publish prices rather than gate them behind an enquiry
A remote customer comparing operators will skip the one that will not state a price. The enquiries a price gate captures are worth less than the visits it costs.
Real vehicle photography rather than stock
The vehicle is the product. Stock imagery of generic cars tells a cautious remote customer nothing and reads as evasive.
A presentation site with an enquiry path rather than a full booking engine
Proportionate to the operation. A booking engine is a substantially larger build, and a transport business of this size converts fine on a clear enquiry route.
What it produces
A live website at alharamaintours.com presenting the fleet, route pricing and service coverage, with an enquiry path and supporting blog content. No booking volume or traffic figures are claimed.
What it teaches
- Price transparency is a conversion decision, not a commercial one, and the instinct to hide it is almost always wrong.
- Where the product is physical and the buyer is remote, real photography does more than any amount of copy.
What this project demonstrates
- Building for a remote, cautious customer who cannot inspect the service before buying.
- Choosing a proportionate solution — enquiry path over booking engine — rather than the largest available build.
- Travel and transport sector work, with route-level content structure.

Umrah taxi and transport services in Saudi Arabia, including routes serving Makkah, with a published vehicle fleet and route pricing.
It presents the fleet and pricing with an enquiry and contact path. A full booking engine was not part of the delivered scope.
